I've designed enterprise systems from scratch, owned platforms end-to-end, led international delivery teams, and trained C-suite executives. I've seen financial products from three angles — selling them at the bank level at Fulton Financial, building the platforms that administer them at Core10, and designing the digital experiences that deliver them at TruStage.

I started JL Innovations LLC because I watched too many small businesses struggle with problems that enterprises solved years ago. Scattered tools. Manual processes. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father — married to my wife for 15 years, and together we're raising our three-year-old son and our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Napoleon and Victor. The support we give each other is the foundation everything else is built on.
